Bruce Albrecht, Board Member
Vice President of Innovation and Chief Technology Office at ITW Welding. Husband (to Diane), and father of two, who enjoys skiing and other outdoor sports. He is a member at Emmaus Road church, where he has completed all four of the RCM core classes and is in-training to be part of the church’s lay mentor team. He brings with him extensive business and non-profit board experience.
Chuck Walton, Board Member
Pastor at Grace Presbyterian Church in Pardeeville since 2009, husband, father, who enjoys woodworking, the outdoors and hunting. He helped launch our first long distance partnership relationship, is a fan of CCEF’s resources, and a veteran of two of the RCM core classes.
Jim Case, Board Member
Director of Compass Christian Coaching, experienced church leader and counselor who facilitates relationships between churches and community leaders in the Fox Valley, including in the school system. Husband (to Regina), father of two, and grandfather to two more, who is a master gardener and fond of hiking. He has led small groups and assisted in teaching of RCM core classes.
Tony Beach, Director
Founder, director, and board member of RCM, experienced counselor and pastor with an MDiv from Bethel Seminary (2013) extensive coursework with CCEF, and a DMin in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary (2022). Husband (to Julie), father of four, and another fan of outdoor sports. See the history page for more on the journey God led him on to start RCM.
