Director, Biblical Counselor, MDiv, DMin
Tony has a Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary (2013), extensive coursework with CCEF, and a Doctorate of Ministry in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary (2022) with over 12 years of counseling experience. He also has work experience in leading a multi-campus church mentoring ministry for at-risk youth and pastoral experience in family ministries. He founded Redemption Counseling Ministries in 2022. His areas of counseling focus include anxiety, depression, marriage, parenting, family issues, conflict, abuse/trauma, and the unique ministry challenges of pastors and church leaders. He provides couples, individual, and family counseling.
He grew up in Sheboygan Falls, WI and has been doing one-on-one ministry since high school. However, it took a long battle with depression and anxiety to wake him up to the need we all have for God’s deeper work in our hearts and relationships. He delights in sharing God’s compassion, biblical truth, and love informed by the wisdom the Lord has provided us in the medical and social sciences. Some of his greatest joys are walking with people in the especially difficult journeys in life.
He also enjoys time relaxing with his family of six, prayer walks in nature, walks with his wife Julie, ski outings, basketball, football, movie nights and racing rc cars with his boys.
